IVCA Members Invited to Tender for £200,000 Shanghai Promotional Film

As a result of the recent business development mission to China, IVCA has secured the contract for an IVCA member to produce a prestigious promotional film for Shanghai City.

The City Government is keen to build the international reputation of Shanghai with a high profile promotional film. After discussions with IVCA Chief Executive, Marco Forgione, during the recent IVCA business development mission to Shanghai, in a unique agreement the City Government has invited IVCA members to tender for the production of the film.

The budget for the film reflects the importance of the project to Shanghai City Government, the minimum budget is RMB 2,000,000 but is expected to grow to up to RMB 5,000,000 with sponsorship.

Marco Forgione, IVCA Chief Executive, said: "This unique agreement between IVCA and Shanghai City Government is testament to the status and growing maturity of our sector internationally.
