Membership Officer

circa £25,000 pa plus benefits, permanent post

Based in the Docklands,  IVCA, Europe’s largest independent, not for profit, membership body for corporate film, digital and live events is looking to appoint a full-time Membership Officer.

Role: To lead the day to day membership prospecting, application and retention of leading media companies and clients. Compile and issue membership correspondence, support the development of an annual business plan to recruit and retain members and to respond to membership enquiries.

Person: You will have previous experience of delivering services in a membership organisation and have experience of the latest membership tools, including e-marketing, internet campaigns, social networks and member databases.
