The challenges facing business and the public sector in the 21st Century are many, varied and increasingly complex. To meet their needs communicators will need to engage in new subject areas and embrace the rapidly developing new technologies. Presentations and discussions will include the following:

  • How communicators can address the social and business issues central to the new government?
  • What is the proposed expenditure and priorities for public sector communications?
  • How can we achieve effective multicultural communications?
  • Is there a business case for CSR Communications?
  • How can you best quantify the ROI of business communications?
  • Are Social Media Networks of relevance to professional communicators?
  • How can we achieve best practice procurement?
