COI Moving Image to renew their Preferred Suppliers List

The IVCA is publishing this information provided by Simon Devine, Head of Moving Image at COI, for the benefit of IVCA members.

COI Moving Image will be renewing their Preferred Supplier List between 1st March and 14th May 2010.

If you would like to apply to be on the list, please register your interest by emailing tvsuppliers@coi.gsi.gov.uk.

TIMETABLE

 w/c 1st March - send out invitations/ instructions/ application form to apply to:
- all companies who are on the current Preferred Supplier List
- companies that have been on the list previously
- companies who have applied before
- companies COI has identified that may be of interest
- companies who have registered their interest by emailing tvsuppliers@coi.gsi.gov.uk
 
Deadline - 31st March 2010 to:
- return completed application form
- return showreel to support your application
 
5th - 30th April
Review of all applications and showreels.
 
By 14th May 2010
Inform all successful and unsuccessful companies of the outcome.
